Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is simple and flexible:

• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
• After this period, cancellations are not possible and no refund will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances discussed beforehand with the host (serious illness, force majeure, etc.).
• If your cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 48 hours on the same credit card used to pay the booking.
  We remain available to assist you with any special request or exceptional situation.
